Get ready for fast-paced, high-energy fun with our brand-new 7 V 7 Flag Football Leagues at The MAC! Open to players of all ages, from youth to adults, our leagues offer an exciting, competitive, and non-contact version of football that focuses on skill, speed, and strategy.
Our first league is launching in November for High School Boys and Girls, giving athletes the chance to showcase their abilities in a fun and engaging environment. Flag football is a perfect way to stay active, develop teamwork, and improve football fundamentals without the physical contact of traditional tackle football.

League Details
Divisions for all ages – Youth, High School, and Adult leagues available.
Games played at The MAC's indoor field – Rain or shine, enjoy consistent playing conditions at our premier facility.
Format – Teams will play in a structured, round-robin schedule, followed by exciting playoff matchups.

Times
Games will be played between 5:00 - 9:00pm. You will receive your team schedule the week play begins.
Equipment
Players will receive a reversible game pinnie.
Mouthguards are required.
Turf or tennis shoes only.
FEE
$150 for five league games, includes pinnie and certified officials
