USA Hockey + USA Lacrosse

To participate in hockey and/or lacrosse, your players must complete registration with either USA Hockey or USA Lacrosse, as applicable, and obtain their respective USA Hockey or USA Lacrosse identification numbers. To initiate the registration process, please click the button provided below.
