Speed Training at The MAC – Powered by Acceleration MN

St Croix Acceleration in Hudson is moving to the MAC in Woodbury. Acceleration offers SPEED TREADMILL workouts, SKATING TREADMILL workouts, and C2 Resistance band agility workouts. No other facility in the state has all 3 of these training tools under the same roof.  that no other facility or program has.

RUNNING TREADMILL SPECIFICS:

  • One on one attention with a trainer while sprinting
  •  Inclines up to 40% grade and speeds of 28mph
  • Sprint in front of a mirror and fix your sprint flaws
  • Reach top speeds for 6-8 seconds

SKATING TREADMILL SPECIFICS:

  • One on one attention with a trainer while skating
  •  Inclines up to 40% grade and speeds of 18mph
  • Skate in front of a mirror and fix your skating flaws
  • Lasers on the skating surface show recovery and extension points

C2 RESISTANCE TRAINING SPECIFICS: (PLYOS)

  • Custom bands that are 2.5, 5, and 10 feet long
  • They attach to your ankle, shin, waist, wrist, and hand
  •  We overload the body in any direction and at any attachment point
  • Strengthen the SPEED muscles in the hip girdle
  • Explosive starts, change of direction, vertical jump, and broad jump focus

Individual speed and agility packages:

12 session maintenance package - $385


24 session speed package - $650

-Book 2 or more sessions a week for 10 weeks


32 session speed package - $750

-Book 2 or more sessions a week for 15 weeks
