Policies
MAC PAST DUE POLICY
Any money paid towards registration for the upcoming season will be first applied to any outstanding balances from the previous season. Your player will be considered registered for the current season – and able to participate in any pre-tryout clinics and/or tryouts - once all past due amounts have been satisfied, and the minimum upfront fees for the current season have been paid.
If at any time during the season Player Fee installment payments are not current and member has demonstrated a lack of effort to resolve, additional action may be taken by MAC. This may include assessing late fees, and/or removal of your player from all team activities - games, practices, tournaments, etc.

Should a cancellation occur, whether attributable to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstance, it's important to note that the MAC cannot provide a guarantee of rescheduled makeup dates. We appreciate your understanding in these situations and will always strive to communicate any updates or alternative arrangements as promptly and effectively as possible.

MAC Coaches and High School League Rules
The Minnesota Athletic Club (MAC) is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance in all aspects of our operations. Our coaches are committed to following the rules and regulations set forth by the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) to ensure fair play, sportsmanship, and the well-being of all athletes involved.
Specifically, we want to emphasize our commitment to adhering to the restrictions outlined by the MSHSL regarding contact and coaching during the off-season for high school athletes. We recognize the importance of maintaining a clear boundary between the school's official off-season activities and any additional coaching or contact.
At MAC, we are fortunate to partner with and employ experienced boys and girls High School Coaches from the metropolitan area. We hold ourselves accountable to the highest degree of professionalism and diligence in adhering to these guidelines. Our coaches are fully aware of the limitations and regulations set by the MSHSL, and we have implemented internal measures to ensure that these guidelines are followed rigorously.
It is our shared responsibility to provide a safe and equitable environment for all athletes. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our adherence to MSHSL rules or any other matters related to our coaching practices, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.
