Captains Practice
The Minnesota Athletic Club proudly supports multi-sport athletes by allocating dedicated time to host pre-season Captain's Practices for seven (7) high school lacrosse programs at The MAC. This commitment aligns with our mission to continue enhancing the sport of lacrosse within our high schools.
Furthermore, we offer an extensive training opportunity that extends to professional PLL and NLL athletes who are available to coach Captain's practices while adhering to the rules and bylaws of the Minnesota State High School League regarding offseason coaching.

Participation in Captains Practice: Captains Practice is primarily for the purpose of physical conditioning organized and conducted by the students. Students may participate in Captains Practice provided that salaried or non-salaried school personnel are not involved in any capacity. It is the responsibility of school officials to become aware of the preseason activities in their school district and to ensure that the spirit and intent of the League rules are observed.
