HELMETS (guys) and GOGGLES (girls) are REQUIRED for open lacrosse.
- No Team Practice
- No Coaches / Athletes ONLY
- NO cleats allowed on the field - Tennis shoes or turf shoes ONLY

The MAC welcomes any players to drop in for Open Lacrosse.
